Renewal by Andersen carries on Andersen Windows & Doors’ 120-year tradition of quality, working with customers to improve their homes with quality products and craftsmanship. Renewal demands a high end, engaging online training solution for HQ personnel as well as employees in more than 100 US markets. Some of these markets have specific requirements for mandated training, and these requirements can change from state to state. These products must be easy to use (mobile access is critical), customizable, update-able, and delivered quickly.
